Our Guests

Our coffee lands have hosted from the very beginning The Bourbon and The Pacamara families. Year after year we see them thrive, we tend to their needs, offer them a nice shelter under a lush canopy of trees with magical nature surround sounds, and make sure their kiddos get picked up, bathed, dried, and get a nice rest. Before prepping them for their lifetime trip to diverse corners of the world.

The Bourbons

The first pioneers arrived in El Salvador in the late 18th century, settling in the mountainous region of the country. But it’s until the early 19th century when they flourished in the area.

Their family name’s origin comes from the Bourbon Island, now known as La Reunion. Where their ancestors established with the help of French missionaries.

The Bourbons are known and recognized for being complex and sweet. And we couldn’t agree more!

The Pacamaras

In 1958, a big wedding took place in El Salvador. Bringing two coffee families together: The Pacas and The Maragogipes. The newlywed couple combined their last names, and a new coffee supercouple rose: The Pacamara.

Their kiddos take after their characteristics. Some take the looks from the Pacas side (chuby and short), others from the Maragogipe side (tall and lean), and there’s the ones that are just the perfect blend of them two.

As the power couple that they are, they empower each other, they make up for each other’s weaknesses and strengths. They are the ying to each other’s yang. And together they bring a lot of happiness to those who embrace them.
